Strategically released worldwide on August 10, the film coincides with India’s Independence Day celebrations and ties in quite well with the patriotic feeling in the air. |

The film is slow to create excitement and arouse any level of enthusiasm from the audience. The colourful characteristics, the undeniable challenges and the unequivocal humour of human nature - the enjoyable journey of Chak De India begins!

After watching Shah Rukh Khan’s last film, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, I must say I had lost all hopes of ever seeing Shah Rukh Khan step into the world of 21st century acting. But Chak De India proves full heartedly that King Khan has an acting sense that surpasses time. His natural ability to effortlessly play the role of an emotionally bruised man who is given the chance to redeem himself by assisting a team that has lost the support and respect of a nation is an incredible to journey to watch.

Chak De India shows human struggle against the face of adversity, determination and the human spirit that glows from within and conquers all.
Kabir Khan and Chak De India – Shah Rukh Khan’s finest moment (maybe after Swades).
